Cook pasta in large pot of boiling water until al dente, drain. 2. Meanwhile, heat oil in frypan and add chilli and garlic until fragrant, then add prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes or until cooked through 3. Add pasta and tomato and mix together. Give it a try Here's what you'll need: 2 tbs salt-reduced soy sauce. 1 tablespoon Woolworths peanut oil. ... 250ml canned satay sauce. 850g Woolworths beef rump steak, fat trimmed, cut into 3cm cubes. 1 oakleaf lettuce, trimmed, leaves separated. 2 Lebanese cucumbers, peeled into ribbons. 1 bunch radish, thinly sliced. Cooking steps: Preheat a barbecue grill or chargrill pan over medium heat. Combine soy, oil and 2 tbs satay sauce in a small bowl. Thread beef on 12 small metal skewers, then place in a large dish. Brush with satay mixture. Grill skewers, turning occasionally, for 8 minutes or until cooked through. Meanwhile, place remaining satay mixture in a medium saucepan over low heat and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2 minutes or until heated through. Drizzle skewers with remaining satay sauce, then serve with lettuce, cucumber and radish. Woolworths

26.09.2021 If you're in need of a new dessert to inspire dinner guests, or just want to explore something different, try this recipe for Muhallabia, a Middle Eastern milk pudding INGREDIENTS: 50g finely ground white long-grain rice (ground in a pestle and mortar or a spice grinder) 1 1/2 tbs cornflour... 4 cups cold milk 100g caster sugar 3/4 cup (75g) almond meal 1 1/2 tbs orange blossom water (from gourmet food shops) 2 tbs chopped pistachios or almonds, to serve METHOD: 1. In a bowl, mix together ground rice and cornflour. Add 1/4 cup (60ml) cold milk and sugar. Stir to form a paste. 2. Place the remaining milk in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to the boil and whisk in the cornflour paste. Reduce heat to medium and simmer, whisking frequently, for 10-15 minutes until thickened. Add the almond meal and continue to stir for a further 5 minutes, then add the orange blossom water. 3. Divide mixture among four 1-cup (250ml) capacity serving dishes or cups and refrigerate until cool. Scatter with chopped pistachios to serve. Let us know what you think!
