23.01.2022 This lunch is so important to us @mavislovesnr. This very important local service show true love to our community. $25 of every ticket will go directly to WFSI. The money is used to fund the professional councillor and the programs they run to prevent domestic violence.

Wollumbin Family inc and similar organisations provided much need help and demand is almost impossible to cope with. Some organisations went from a few weeks waiting list for assistance to months. Lets all get behind our locals and support them to help others

07.01.2022 Relationships with local producers is important to us. Neil Baker from @thebamboosfarm Byangum has these beautiful animals. Visiting The Bamboos showed me how well the cows are taken care of. Follow the photos to see how curious they are the whole herd slowly shuffled up until they were a couple of feet away and smelling my jacket. These farmers take care of more than just their cattle. Neil planted 3000 trees up stream at Byangum bridge. This family has been farming in The Tweed since 1910 when his great grand father had dairy cows. Thanks for inviting us Neil

04.01.2022 I just want to talk about this farm for a moment and share with everyone the amazing farm and business. The true meaning of buying local and support your community, but more than that, the veggies coming out of this farm are divine. As a person who never got on board with the kale thing ( mind you I also hate Brussel sprouts) I can actually say I am now a kale eater and no one would have believed it.
