25.01.2022 THE C WORD... In light of the current situation, we will be remaining operational in order to support our clients and continue with business as usual as much as possible. Any meetings scheduled for this week will continue as normal. Going forward, meetings will be held on Zoom so you can dial in. If you are due for a meeting in the coming months, you will receive all the information you need to participate by mid-April.... In order to ensure that our staff remain healthy and able to work, our physical office is closed but we are all working remotely. If you need to reach us, send us an email or give us a call. 25.01.2022 Good news for all lot owners. The Department of Treasury and Finance Victoria has announced no change to fee and penalty units this year. This means that the cost of Owners Corporation certificates, copies of records, etc will remain at 2019-20 prices.

While new to the Owners Corporation Management industry, she has previously worked in many varied administrative roles with countless transferable skills. At MBCM, Becky specialises in strata insurance and administration whilst also studying for her Certificate IV in Strata Management and managing a small portfolio.
