15.01.2022 6 months progress I have been a little slower with my progress than usual but I am proud that I have never stopped working towards my fitness goals. Like most people I get busy and my focus gets drawn to other areas but whether it’s 20 mins out of my day instead of 2 hrs I remained consistent and accepted that it may take a little longer for me to get the physique that I want because even though I have the same 24 hours in a day as some of the inspiring people in the fitn...ess industry, how I have chosen to spend those 24 hours is different and that’s not a bad thing! I can still work on my goals but I have made sure that I’ve remained realistic about timeframes.
