24.01.2022 Read the following: We’ve always experienced that the first rep is harder in most exercises as it recruits majority of motor units to perform that movement, and then they are laid back to only recruit the ones required for that movement Above is a well established science based fact... So here’s what I have found to create an absolute burn for my exercises : if You make each rep of that eccentric (going down/gravity assisted) movement as your first rep, your eccentric motor units will be recruited to assist you to lower the weight, rather than recruiting only the ones that are barely required to lower that lift I hope you enjoyed reading it, please give it a try and let me know in comments/message

15.01.2022 Guys here we are with mind blowing pumps. Remember, if you’re starting back after a long time, your tendons have healed and your joints have been thanking you all this while. But it is very important to keep those niggling injuries away and get started with smarter training 1. Mobility is utmost important to consider. Do dynamic stretching and mobility drills prior to starting 2. Your personal record can wait for a week, rather focus on getting back that Gym routine and let y...our body absorb the new change 3. Train smart and save for the rest of the week. (Consistency over being persistent) Don’t forget to take selfies and tag us See more

08.01.2022 The whole point of walking incline on a treadmill is lost if you lean on the handrails by extending your back and arms. Shifting your weight forward while walking/running up that incline keeps your body upright, working your core and postural muscles.
