23.01.2022 Even when you feel scared and your voice shakes, you get to choose courage in the moments of fear. Courage to step forward and just go for it. We so often fear judgement, if i do that what will they think, what if i make a mistake or it doesn't work out the way I said it would.... I choose Courage in the moments of fear. I choose to give it a go even when I worry about fear of judgement. And if i stumble and fall I will get up and i will try again and again



20.01.2022 The most amazing things happen when you allow it to just flow into what it's meant to become. Letting go not trying to control or grip on tight to any particular outcome. Find your own rythm your own path your own individual journey, and just let it be beautiful.... It gets to be what ever your heart desires. Do it your way the way it works best for you. I have held onto things, and tried to control situations only to find that has not served me very well, it has only caused me to be anxious, frustrated, resentful, angry and confused. When you choose to just be. Be in the moment, relax and move into who you have always been, not what you have adopted from your family or even friends. When you can truly learn to let go or even step towards letting go of what was to what can be watch your life transform like never before. Trust me you will be amazed

Our bodies are filled with incredible wisdom, a knowing a beautiful journey within, if you choose to explore for yourself. An intuition into the soul a belief of what you need and get to move through.... In every cell and fibre of your being let the amazing energy flow through every part of who you really are

05.01.2022 In our busy day to day lives we so often forget to take some time out to reconnect with our selves, Just spending some time to just be. Tuning into your inner self finding some quality time to feel more refreshed and rejuvenated. Practicing this for your self can bring more clarity more flow and bring about a new energy from a different perspective. Tuning in and listening to the signs your body is saying to you i believe is impertive, as your being guided. Take a walk in nat...ure every once in awhile and you will be suprised what this brings, find something how ever big or small that is good for your soul, that makes you happy and brings a sense of peace to your life. Allow your intuition to lead the way we all have the ability to know what is needed in health and happiness, if we just simply spend sometime to reconnect and allow this to come through. Be observant take notice to any changes within your body, What no longer serves you any more and just doesn't feel right ? Be guided by the foods you eat allow your body to lead the way,how does the food you eat make you feel ? asking the question what does my body need to feel nourished, take the time to enjoy your meals. With practice you can learn what your body needs without feeling a need to eat foods that don't always feel good, it's about finding a balance that works best for you. So what are you going to do today that brings peace, happiness and harmony to your life ?
