Discover his typical Balinese Fried Rice recipe, named Nasi Goreng Sune Cekuh and cook your own! #DiscoverAtHome #StayAtHome #InstaFood #Chef #FoodMemories #AllAtHome Nasi Goreng Sune Cekuh by Wajan Pujana from @MercureBaliLegian This simple dish is made up of a Sune Cekah paste, mixed with fried rice, the Nasi Goreng.... Ingredients for the Sune Cekuh paste - 20 g garlic - 40 g shallot - 25 g red chili - 5 g hot chili - 12 g turmeric - 15 g galangal root (kencur) - 5 g candle nut Ingredients for the Nasi Goreng - 240 g steamed rice - 2 tbsp cooking oil - 1 pc kaffir lime leaf - tsp salt - tsp white sugar Method - Clean and grind all Sune Cekuhs ingredients and mix together. Put aside. - Heat a pan over high heat for about 2 minutes. Then add the oil, kaffir lime, and the Sune Cekuh paste and stir gently until fragrant. - Add steamed rice and stir continuously to avoid burning, season with salt and sugar. - Fry rice, then add fried shallot, lemongrass, and lime leaf as garnishes and serve piping hot! - Enjoy your typical Indonesian meal!
