In a medium bowl, combine cassava flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, sea salt, pepper and garlic powder. 3. In a separate bowl, pour in hot sauce. 4. Melt coconut oil in pan over medium heat. 5. Coat both sides of chicken with flour mixture. 6. Dip floured chicken with hot sauce. 7. Place all in pan and cook for 67 minutes. 8. Add butter to pan and flip the chicken. 9. Here's a delicious recipe from @organicolivia to get your heart beating to: INGREDIENTS: 10-12 medium beets 2 tbsp olive oil... 2 tsp sea salt dash of black pepper juice of 1 lime juice of 1 orange 2 tbsp red wine vinegar DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 400 F. 2. Trim the tops and bottoms of the beets and peel them. 3. Cut into ~1 inch chunks. 4. Pat dry to get rid of excess moisture. 5. Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste. Toss in olive oil to coat evenly. 6. Spread out on baking sheet and cook in oven for 20 minutes. 7. After 20 minutes, shake them up or turn them over. Cook for 15-20 more minutes depending on how soft you want them. Youll know theyre done when they pierce easily with a fork. 8. In a small mixing bowl, mix together the lime juice, orange juice, and red wine vinegar. Pour over the cooked beats and toss one more time to evenly coat. 09.01.2022 Now that stone fruits are in season, what better excuse to make this delicious paleo panna cotta recipe by @downshiftology. Yum! Ingredients: 382.72 g full fat coconut milk... 3 white nectarines, peeled and sliced 3 tbsp white honey 1/2 tsp vanilla bean powder 2 tsp grass-fed gelatin 2 tbsp water 3 peaches 2 tbsp maple syrup Place the water in a small dish. Sprinkle the gelatin on top and allow it to bloom for 5 minutes. Add the nectarines to a food processor and pulse until pureed. Strain the puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove any lumps. In a small saucepan over medium heat, add the coconut milk, nectarine puree and honey. Stir until simmering and the honey has dissolved. Reduce the heat to low, add the vanilla and bloomed gelatin and whisk for several minutes, until all the gelatin has dissolved. Pour the panna cotta into four 170ml capacity ramekins and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. While the panna cotta is chilling, roast the plums. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Slice the plums in quarters, then halves again (eight pieces per nectarines). Place the them on a small, rimmed baking sheet and sprinkle with the maple sugar. Cook for 30-40 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool. Once cool, place the plums and juice in a glass storage container (I use this one) and refrigerate. Once the panna cotta has set, serve with several roasted plum slices. See more
