23.01.2022 Correct use of your towel We are seeing an increase number of members not bringing in towels this is an absolute must without one you will be asked to leave the gym to grab one. This is meant to be a barrier from you and the piece of equipment so you don't leave a sweat patch for the next person... We get that you may not be able to cover the whole area of what comes in contact with the equipment but try and cover as much as possible. 19.01.2022 Let’s stay COVID safe NO MASK - NO TOWEL, NO ENTRY Please be aware that masks are no mandatory while inside of the gym and you must wear one at all times unless you are performing a strenuous exercise.... This means your mask must also be with you at all times. For example If you’re running on a treadmill, your welcome to remove your mask. As soon as your finished you must put your mask on straight away. If you’re performing HIIT exercises or an exercise that you find strenuous. You’re welcome to to remove your mask however you must put it back on between sets and once you’re done. Equipment: Cables or a light band ~Set the pully to the lowest position, sit on the floor, facing the pully with your legs out in front of you. ~Grab the rope with an underhand drip with only a slight bent in your arms. ~Raise the rope overhead. ~Slowly lower it back to chest level.

Here are some tips to make sure you are doing them currently: 1. Start by lowering into a squat, place your hands on the floor and kick back into a high plank. 2. Drop your chest to the floor (optional) 3. Push yourself up and tuck your knees to your chest 4. Let go of your hands and move into a jump Squat 5.
