24.01.2022 Rant Rant Rant Do you have that room that you throw the things you don't have time to do or you don't have the motivation for but you may need some day so you hold onto it and then you find more and more stuff to go on top of it and you end up with a big pile of that you now just want to throw it all in the bin? I do and I got the urge/want/need/must do it today feeling, yesterday. And now I have all the everywhere cause I am making sure I don't throw out the really... good or that's not mine to throw out. And today my feelings are why/can I leave it/someone else should be doing this/Do i have too?! So as I'm coming to terms that this does have to happen today I am peppering it with the things I enjoy like music from my youth cranked and vibrating and love and feminine affirmation diffused in the air! Let's get this done!

23.01.2022 Today is officially the first day of winter, the half way mark of the year and a start of a new month of new Wellness boxes, new products for the Australian/NZ warehouses and trying to figure out my shopping list in my doterra shop. I need to top up on my anti aging skin care. I have been enjoying the invigorating scrub and facial cleanser along with the anti aging moisturiser but I want to add the eye cream and tightening serum to the mix as I feel a bit droopy in places a...nd I don't pay a lot of attention to my eyes. I am also going to use my loyalty rewards points to get my laundry detergent, toothpaste, deodorant for a total of $3. And because my list totals 150pv I will get the product of the month for free. I will also get 45points back to use in next months shop or to save for something more expensive later down the track and I will get it all in an exciting big box sent to my door. That hands down is my favourite part! I'm going to hold off on hitting the proceed button a little longer so that I can find out what is the wellness box this month and see if I might add the new green mandarin oil and the Yarrow/pom. GREEN mandarin is so gorgeously vibrant and uplifting. The yarrow/pom will go nicely with my moisturizing cream to help boost my glow even more!

20.01.2022 Cinnamon is such a favourite oil of mine as it brings me memories of sipping on a hot chai latte with a dusting of cinnamon sugar or an aromatic pumpkin pie in the oven. 17.01.2022 These 2 are probably the most popular of the emotion support blends. Console is one of my most used when I am dealing with a traumatic situations. I literally feel like I'm getting an aromatic hug from this blend of essential oils. Cheer was one of my first blend that I used as my perfume. It's sweet and uplifting. Such a great week to stock up on oils that help you emotionally and spiritually!

13.01.2022 Such a great end to bogo week. Buy lavender peace and get forgive for free. Lavender peace is a gorgeous blend of essential oils that specifically help you to rest and unwind in the mind and body. This is perfect for people who find lavender too overpowering but want the benefits of the linaloo constituent which helps the brain to calm and relax. To me it smells like lavender chocolate because of Cedarwood, Ho Wood Leaf, Ylang Ylang Flower, Marjoram Leaf, Roman Chamomile Flow...er, Vetiver Root, Vanilla Bean Absolute, Hawaiian Sandalwood Wood. Forgive is another member of the emotional aromatherapy range and is Spruce Leaf, Bergamot Peel, Juniper Berry Fruit, Myrrh Resin, Arborvitae Wood, Nootka Tree Wood, Thyme Leaf, Citronella Herb. Forgive is my go too when I have felt wronged or I am cranky with myself. I used it in my diffuser last night because there were issues that were winding me up but I had no control over so I needed to just get over it! It's been such a great bogo week!

04.01.2022 I can't believe that we are 3 days from being exactly half way into the year! Did you have goals that you wanted to achieve by June? This year I really wanted to focus reducing my anxiousness when life got a bit stressful. Stress is apart of a healthy life but the way my mind and body would react to my anxiousness was not good for my wellbeing. ... I would love to hear from you about what is your favourite activity that helps you clear the mind and body of feeling anxious? Excluding wine and cheese as this I have thoroughly down pat!

03.01.2022 Intune is brilliant for people who need help to stay focused on their job at hand. Perfect for long distance driving, studying and helping you to feel more intuned. It's easy roller bottle application makes it quick to apply too. Juniper berry is a beautiful plant that comes from the cypress family and it's properties are beautiful to ad to your facial regime as it has properties that are antiseptic and detoxifying, great for breakouts!

01.01.2022 I just love Patchouli and it's light sweet, woody aroma. I love adding her with ylang yang or geranium to give my perfume depth. Patchouli is also great in the diffuser with lemongrass and peppermint for an insect repellant. Litseeeaaaaaa. Such a great refreshing lemon balm scent. I use it to help de-stink my house, rewashclothes that have sat in the machine too long or in my mop bucket. I'm so happy that I can get these oils for the price of one!
