11.01.2022 HANDY TIP - Be accountable! Happy New Year!! Tomorrow marks the official end of my Christmas holidays and time to start getting my butt into gear with healthier eating and exercise! I thought I'd share an awesome tip that I know really helps me stick to my health and fitness goals!! It's so simple, here it is.... **SHARE YOUR GOALS ON SOCIAL MEDIA!**... Once you put it out there for others to see YOU are accountable! For example, if you want to start going for a jog in the mornings you might put up a post the night before..."alarm set for tomorrow mornings jog"! You'd be surprised how much harder it is to flake on your plans once you've actually told people you are going to do it! We all have good intentions but when push comes to shove we make up silly excuses in our heads! Be vocal about your intentions! Let your friends, family and work colleagues know your goals and your plans so you can't make excuses! Works for me every time Here's to a HAPPY AND HEALTHY 2017! xx
