18.01.2022 Rebecca Jane Today at 12:18 PM Amid all the stress of moving residence, some stress was much relieved through choosing to use "Mitey Clean" for the required 'exit clean' (steam cleaning of carpets in the rental home). Gerald and his son, from "Mitey Clean" did an excellent job in cleaning the carpets, but not ONLY did they do' an excellent job, also Gerald was reasonably priced and honest also. Gerald offered to 'drop by' to give me a quote, however, for expediency's sake, I ...asked him to give me a "rough quote" for the job over the phone, which he did, saying he could not be sure of exact price without seeing the place. I was pleasantly surprised to find after the job was completed that the final cost was LESS THAN his original quote (quoted without visualising the place). Gerald is obviously a man of integrity in the business that he runs. Definately a man I would trust to clean my carpets in the future - and if I had any other larger cleaning services needed - I would likewise be asking Gerald and his son.
