25.01.2022 Its a beautiful day to do some laundry! Im that weird person super excited when a client drops by and tells me she is moving house; heres several loads of washing! I keep my machine nice and clean and thought id give some tips on that: Other than wiping out your dispensers and cleaning the agitator every now and then, its a great idea to run a load totally empty with a nice hot wash to give your machine a clean out now and then! It needs love too! ... Also switching to laundry liquid rather than powder can help stop ugly build ups and powder staining on your clothing. Remember that Im open on weekends and our school holiday special is not to be missed! See more

25.01.2022 I want to give my hard working husband a shout out, hes a wonderful, supportive man of my crazy ideas and endeavors! Bless his cotton socks! James runs Jayx Carpets (check him out on Facebook) and is taking bookings for the new financial year for carpet laying, he can also source carpet and underlay for you so you can get the whole lot done through him! He measures and quotes free of charge, does furniture removal for a price (when he lays your carpet or vinyl or vinyl plan...k etc, he will move your fridge, bookshelves etc and put them back when the job is complete). He also vacuums the job when he is done (he is married to me, I make him clean up so he is not a messy tradie lol!). 23.01.2022 Pick up and delivery now available within Ipswich. I've worked out the kinks somewhat, hopefully petrol prices keep decreasing - what a nightmare right?! Please remember that I'm not a big business and the size of my car lends to my costs where pick up and delivery is concerned. I'm also more limited for time for it due to childcare etc. Cost for both is $10 or for just delivery or just pick up; $5. Please remember to leave me a review and if you have any issues or suggestions, let me know! I love feedback!

20.01.2022 Ironing is $2 per item, if youd like some of your washing ironed, simply let me know which items :) I accept only ironing deliveries as well. Only folding is $10 per basket. In the coming weeks, I will be able to offer pick up and delivery for an extra charge (for Ipswich city limits only). I will also offer in home folding for an extra charge (that literally just covers petrol and car maintenance, it will be very minimal).

18.01.2022 I have now added headlice removal and one off house cleans to my list of services with pricing attached. Here is the information for everyone: Headlice removal $30 per hour Mobile service - I come to you. I supply the spray (totally natural, I use a combination of tea tree oil, conditioner and water) and combs which I boil and clean after each use. I also supply any towels, paper etc. ... I prefer to dry comb first and then spray on the preventative. Im pretty good, your kid wont be sitting for more than two hours and even that is pushing it. I do adult hair as well! I do highly recommend treatment a week later after eggs have hatched but before they can lay. Two weeks later at the most. One off house cleaning: $30 per hour, two hour minimum booking. I supply my own cloths and products. You supply your house and a list of items youd like cleaned. If you want your oven cleaned and its bad, I recommend this as the sole focus of the clean, ovens take longer than almost anything else in the home to clean. I was previously a commercial cleaner and also ran my own residential cleaning service, I did work for some real estates (bond cleaning) and a gym as well as regular clients. I dont have time to devote to overly regular services currently and Im not a big business so youre not locked into some annoying contract and I will have time for you! Im also happy to help organize cupboards and do laundry while I am there although I will not be able to supply product for laundry services in the home - thats a work in progress.

15.01.2022 SCHOOL HOLIDAY SPECIAL! Are you climbing the walls yet? Were only four days into school holidays and my little family wants to offer yours a special for these school holidays. Every basket after your first one is half price! Thats right, got four loads of washing youre sick of looking at?... Drop it off to me and let me do that for you! $20 for the first basket and $10 for every subsequent basket. Four loads? $50! Washed, dried and neatly folded all ready to be put away! I supply the detergent, water, power, softener and the time. You dont have to do anything! See more

I am also looking into mobile services at an extra cost within the next few weeks so stay tuned for that! I'm also looking into offering lice removal services - I found out some people actually hate doing lice treatments or don't have time to do it so I figure I can help with that, I'm pretty proficient at it having long ha...ir and lice most of my childhood, I use very natural products and remove lice quickly from my own kids so if I can help someone with that, I'd love to! That will definitely be a mobile service - I'd come to you so you don't have to bring your kid to me and sit around (stuff that!) So as soon as I figure out the logistics and cost, I'll post. 10.01.2022 I spent more money than intended at Kmart yesterday and can still think of a dozen more things that I want I have an organizing bug!

10.01.2022 Nothing makes me happier than texting to let a client know their laundry is ready and seeing a happy, relieved face when they pick it up! I spent hours last night just folding clothes and pairing like items and pressing towels down into a basket. I find that so relaxing! Give me your burden, I promise I really do enjoy it! Dont feel guilty anymore and stop staring at a mountain of clothing you hate looking at and never want to climb. I fold, you take it home and put it away! Easy peasy!

09.01.2022 I know its not laundry related but I am super proud of how my vegie garden has gloriously exploded and thought Id share with everyone. I grow chillies, tomatoes, pumpkins and rosemary. I have my certificate in conservation and land management and ever since, I have absolutely loved gardening. So if you need some gardening help, Im your girl! :)
