22.01.2022 DIS-SATISFIED CUSTOMER 4 - Paul Iles a year ago AVOID these guys are dishonest and pretty dodgy and wont help you out after you part with your money everything went pretty well at first, the usual service you expect from used car yards, nothing flash but nothing terrible. got spun the usual stories of 3 other people coming from miles away to defiantly buy this car on the spot but a week later it was still sitting there. the short version is the car had a tire with a damaged s...Continue reading

09.01.2022 DIS-SATISFIED CUSTOMER 5 - This guy has to be bias with comments like this, .. 2 years ago - They are not up front about dodgy RWC. Has the car detailing guy doing electrical repairs. Most un professional. service was unhelpful and what you expect from a second hand dealer. They did help us obtain what we needed, but just no help with any after sales service warranty which was impied in the verbal conmunications, and they where not up front about some things. ... Essentially, Jason Mackay will look you in the face and lie about providing a warranty for any repairs required, .. AND tell you that you can have these repairs peformed at any mechanic you wish. He is a complete liar. Just scum. https://plus.google.com/105601853366553036233/about

08.01.2022 DIS-SATISFIED CUSTOMER 2 - Sandra Bingham 10 months ago I first visited Moorooka Wholesale last Saturday. I test drove a Holden Captiva and verbally agreed to purchase the vehicle for x amount subject to an RACQ inspection. I had the inspection carried out tody, the car did well with only a couple of minor things needing to be fixed. I phoned Moorooka Wholesale to tell them this and to arrange when I could pay for and collect the vehicle. They then informed me that the boss s...aid they could not sell it for x amount as previously agreed and added another $2,000 to the price. How can they do that ? Unfortunately we had nothing in writing and I had not paid a deposit even though I had offered they told me not to worry about it. The inspection today cost me $250 I guess they were hoping that I would still go ahead and purchase the vehicle even though they added more money to the purchase price. I decided not purchase this vechile. There code of conduct is absolutely disgraceful they should be ashamed of themselves. Do not trust this dealership. https://plus.google.com/105601853366553036233/about

05.01.2022 DIS-SATISFIED CUSTOMER 3 - Cherie van Blommestein a year ago The experience that we have had with Moorooka Wholesale and Jason Mackay has been absolutely disgusting. We bought a car from Jason on the 5 April 2014 and 6 weeks later the engine has packed up. The car was leaking oil, smoke was pouring from the engine and the final straw was when the car's cooling system could no longer cope and the engine started overheating. In the 6 weeks, we had to replace a wheel bearing and the CV boot is cracked so grease was leaking out. His answer to our complaint is that it is out of the statutory warranty and there was nothing he could do. After a complaint to Fair Trade, we have been informed that the will repair it for us at trade cost. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM MOOROOKA WHOLESALE OR JASON MACKAY. https://plus.google.com/105601853366553036233/about

01.01.2022 DIS-SATISFIED CUSTOMER 1 - Mark Robinson 8 months ago By far one of the worst car yards i have ever dealt with. I bought a 2004 Hyundai Terracan a month ago in which a major oil leak from the tappet covers was supposed to be repaired prior to picking up the vehicle. They just plugged the leak, no new gasket no new oil. I now have had a further leak in the manifold as none as the gaskets were replaced which has leaked into the timing case causing major issues and now the vehic...le won't start. I have emailed and phoned numerous times and no responses. I am now taking them to fair trade as they are an appalling car yard with disgusting service and no communication. I had a favourable ruling with the last yard that tried to sell me an unroadworthy mechanically unsound car so i guess here goes again https://plus.google.com/105601853366553036233/about
