25.01.2022 Attention all darters!!! For this facebook page to keep active, we need more people to like it and update the MPDL community on news and events from all teams/representatives. It is a great tool to utilise, so get your dart buddies onboard. We are mid way through the Winter season, so lets aim to have at least 100 likes by finals time. Good luck for the remainder of the season :-)

25.01.2022 Other notable MPDL entrants in the MDL Open (besides Scott "The Giant Killer" Kennedy ) who weren't far off from making it through to the quarter finals were: Tim Williams, Terry Williams, Danny McCall and Steve Hope. A good experience for all, and I'm sure they'll be back and better for it!!!

23.01.2022 Well done to Johnny Webber and Steve Duke from the Hastings Social Darts Club, who battled out the MDL Open final, with Webber taking out the title and throwing 25 x 180s for the day. Dukey also had a cracking quarter final winning 5-0, with legs of 17, 15, 18, 11 & 16 darts (32.5 average). High quality arrows!!!

22.01.2022 The reason the master singles are on that date is due to Div 4 only having 6 teams for the season so there are 15 rounds playing each other 3 times where as Div 1/2/3 have 8 teams inc a bye so they play each other only twice thu which is 14 rounds leaving Div 4 to play 1 extra week so the masters is the week after Div 4 Grand Final so practice up all you wanna be's

22.01.2022 Div 1 Grand Final is between the top 2 teams all season the Tungsten Treblemakers vs Hastings Black after the Blacks dished it out to Hastings White 12/2 Div 2 Grand Final is between Tomatoes and Bayside Bears after the Bears got the upper hand over Bindartins 6/3 last night Should be a cracker of a game the Div1 grannie at the Hastings Football Club on Wed night.Hope to see another big crowd for this

21.01.2022 I hear that Treblemakers won 18/5 last night over Renegades but the real talk was the Danny the "Destroyer" got flogged and the first game only took 14 darts and he never recovered you might need a transfer to Scott the "Giant killers" team

20.01.2022 Bindartins off to a flyer this season winning their second game 10/1 over Tungmais. Great 180 Will McIntyre and well done to Princess Tindley (Troy ) for his 180 last week and welcome back to his sister Renee wont be long before your up there too showing great signs for over 10yr absence and I saw some photos of the Destroyer doing his best work ever vacuuming up the floor at end of night or was that before the game so he could concerntrate Well done Yippa

17.01.2022 I hear that 3 teams from Cerberus had a bye tonight and all played a round robin singles. The giant killer ( Kennedy ) got off to good start, The mad Scotchman Mal lost first round to the destroyer ( McCall )Timmy Ice Williams lost to Buddah Hall, Chopper Chalk was more interested in the scotch than the game and lost early and Troy Barbarian Tindlay knocked out the great no hope (Steve) and then proceeded to knock out the destroyer McCall, Noel Woods went well till he got s...layed by the barbarian and his son Trent soon followed with a loss to the Buddah. Sneaking under the radar was the Adonis ( Jimmy),who knoccked out the Giant Killer but then went down to Buddah Hall but should have won the game, This left the final to the Troy ( The Barbarian)Tindlay against Frank ( Buddah ) Hall what a final with Buddah taking the first leg in 15 darts and the second to clinch the title in 21 darts . But amongst the good everyone wanted to know where Cory ( Lunar Park Entrance ) Arnold was. Alot of talk of how good he is has been exagerated I think when you say you are too good for these players and dont TURN UP!!! Not much more to report See more

15.01.2022 WOSSM 2nd division captain Scott " The Giant Killer " Kennedy played the MDL Open today, got through to the last 32. Great to see Scott having a fair dinkum crack and throwing 3 '180s' in the process as well as some big pegs!!!! Congratulations Scott

14.01.2022 Bad luck to Bindartins on Wed night going down to Shockers 12/11 in the final game of the night Bad Boy Baxter just drank too much scotch and couldnt peform and so did Uncle Noel who actually threw the best Ive seen from him for a while and a good "180" Scotty

14.01.2022 Tonight in Div 1 we have Hastings Black v Tungsten Treblemakers arguably the match of the round. Any thoughts out there on who will win and why? My money is on the TTs from WOSSM.

13.01.2022 In one of the best Div 1 Grand finals seen Tungsten Treblemakers got one up on Hastings Black winning 12/9 with one of the highest standard of darts thrown for a long time Well Done to Steve ( The Great White Hope ), Danny ( The Destroyer ) McCall, Tim ( Iceman ) Williams, Quentin ( Choppa ) Hadfield, Troy ( The Barbarian ) Tindlay, Frank ( Triple F ) Hall, Justin ( Cool Hand ) Thompson, Trent ( Young Gun ) Cameron a great team effort from everyone all season and bad luck to Hastings Black who have been very strong opponents all year and the benchmark over the last 10 years

13.01.2022 Well theres plenty apparently happening out at the WOSSM have the wheels fallen off the Treblemakers coping a hiding last night. Heard by close insiders that Bindartins dont want to go into Div 1 due to not enough giant killers in there team but keep winning boys and you will be up there next year . Big name players from Div 2 Binhidin didnt turn up last night and the word is that they want another 3rd div premiership well they way they are playing they are certs for relegation Phew things are heating up in the missile base

10.01.2022 Hastings black will play Bindartins on Wednesday night for the division 1 premiership. Who wins and why?? Bindartins have so far come from 4th and beaten the renagades after being smashed by them in the regular season. However Hastings black have got the upper hand after going down last year to the TTs redemption will be in there minds....

09.01.2022 Rumor has it that the Treblemakers will play the Bindartins in a practice game on Wednesday night at cerberus!!! Some say it could ruin the Treblemakers come finals time... Any thoughts on possible match ups?

08.01.2022 Bad luck to the Binhidins last night to go down 6/5 in the last game of the night and well done to first year player Jarrod in the last game hope you learnt a lot of good things out of those last 3 games

08.01.2022 Well done to the boys from MPDL that went to Morwell for the Morwell RSL weekend and came 3rd in Div 1. On Saturday we qualified with 5 players and on Sunday the stragglers came players included Frank Triple F Hall ( Capt ), Steve (Cartman) Hope, John ( Stage Fright ) Weber, Tony ( two dart ) Hunt, Terry ( Nude Nut ) Williams, Mark ( Scud ) Symes, Danny ( Destroyer ) McCall. What a great weekend everyone had probably could have won if stage fright didnt have to go to work but... as we all know thats what happens in darts. We also had another Div 1 team that went also as they do every year Scott (Giant killer) Kennedy, Mal (The Mad Scotchman) Baxter, Mick (Chopper) Chalk, Noel ( Lamb Chop) Woods, Trent ( Junior) Woods, Terry (Madman) Crow they finished 11th. Well done to Giant Killer who drew another MPDL player young Ray (Tomatoes) and won the Friday night drawn doubles defeating Stage Fright and his partner Player of the weekend : Cartman Highest Score :180 Cartman,Giant Killer, Lamb Chops, Junior Highest Finish: 152 Stage Fright Idiot of the weekend: Stage Fright ( Friday Night ) close up second Chopper who never fails to deliver this award.
