23.01.2022 Somewhere over the rainbow!! Magical mornings at Bootcamp!

07.01.2022 And just like that Bootcamp is back!! We can’t wait to hit the grass tomorrow and FYI this photo was taken before Covid 19 because that type of terrible social distancing would now result in 50 burpees But I can’t wait to see those smiles again!!

05.01.2022 Last Monday TRX class at the patio of love before we upgrade to the new TRX room!! It’s been a wild ride over the last 12 years with some of the best Christmas party’s at the patio but boy ow boy am I looking forward to the heater indoors next winter!!!
