To add some motivation for you guys and to keep smashing out those workouts, I have been partaking in the push up challenge for this month raising awareness for mental health especially in times like today and for young people!! 10.01.2022 Hi everyone, Terribly sorry about the super late upload, I’ve been unwell all of this weekend with a fever and was unable to make a video. Don’t worry, I got tested for COVID and it came back negative so I’m in the clear I’ve found a strength exercise program from NSWIS that will be used in place of a video for this week.... 07.01.2022 Levi completed challenges totalling 6 points this week. He added this extra strength workout, pushing his 3 and 4 year old niece and nephew up Hawkesbury Road Hill this morning.

05.01.2022 Hi guys, Week 2! Stretches to help increase flexibility and blood flow. In this video I tried to narrow it down a bit more and be concise with what I was saying. I didn’t want it to seem rushed but I still wanted to get the point across. Let me know which video you preferred! Week 1 where I spoke through each thing a bit more and I sped up the part where I did the exercise or this week where I explained it once through and left you to pause the video and complete it yourself...? There is no word document this week, it was much easier to explain the stretches while I was doing them, then you guys may remember how to do them and go off by yourself to complete the exercise. Good luck with week 2 guys, should see people getting a few more points this week.

Now that we’ve done 3 weeks of exercises, including stretches, I want everyone to go back to the week 1 exercises and see how you’ve progressed as it was the hardest week of all see how hard you can make it for yourself and how long you can go without having to many extra breaks! I’d be interested to see how the death by pushups goes after doing a hard workout!... If you swipe back down the page the video and document are at your disposal. Good Luck!
