01.01.2022 Chronicle CrossFit and Move Beyond Now here in Wagga have teamed up to provide unique/customised weekend training opportunities to already established groups of 12-20 members. Courses are physically and mentally challenging. Delivered by military instructors with over 10 years experience in leadership, discipline resilience, communication physical and mental toughness, first aid, automotive awareness and so much more. Courses start from 6 hours in length providing a platform... to test your skills and what you are made of in a high tempo challenging environment. Courses go up to 48 hours in length which provides a chance to learn new skills in the area of physical activities, mindset, breathing techniques, meditation and so much more, finishing with a challenging activity to test what you have learnt. Age group is from 15 years and older, parents this is a great opportunity for your kids to learn amazing life skills.
