18.01.2022 At the start of every class, we hang. Dead hangs, passive hangs, eagle hangs, one-armed hangs, active hangs - you name it, we do it. Why? It's one of the best exercises for decompressing and stretching out the spine. For those of us who sit all day, it's a nice stretch for the shoulders, arms, and back.
