02.01.2022 As a business heavily invested in Australia (and the planet - financial being the least of it) we are devastated by the ongoing environmental catastrophe unfolding across our precious country. To help provide immediate relief to those directly affected, Mud Australia is donating $10K, divided equally between NSW RFS, Victorian CFA, WIRES and Red Cross. We are also directly supporting the @portenosydney fundraising event (SOLD OUT) by giving $2000 worth of product for their ch...arity auction. As a business we have always been mindful of our environmental footprint and, in the complete absence of government initiative or foresight, have been actively looking at ways to reduce our carbon footprint through solar, recycling and waste minimisation. To this end we pledge to carbon offset via ACCUs all our emissions for 2019 and undergo carbon neutral certification during 2020. Lets hope it rains soon.

01.01.2022 Mud has always been dedicated to reducing our environmental footprint, but we want to make it official. The 2019-2020 devastating Australian bushfires motivated us to make the commitment to become carbon neutral by the end of 2020. We are in the process of a carbon audit to stay true to our promise. Since May 2020 we have been working with certified agency South Pol to become Carbon Neutral by the end of 2020. Once the results are in, our aim will be to continue to minimise our GHGs through our work practices and then offset via local and internationally accredited projects.
