25.01.2022 Its been a fantastic 10 days for @anitahayler and I up at @gnaraloostation being out of range enjoying some well deserved rest, surf and yoga but still being creative and working on some amazing upcoming projects with the Coconut Carnys. We think it is a fair call too as Lee played his first gig in Margaret River at the Settlers Tavern in 1994 and has been deeply immersed in the music scene here ever since. Also we do feel we offer the widest variety of musical options from the most popular bands, DJs and acoustic acts right through to classical ensembles, harpists, and sitar players! 15.01.2022 This weekend sees another great WA tour coming up for the AMAZING Queensland act Band of Frequencies, with our very own Lee Cummings on percussion jamming out at his home show of Settlers Tavern Margaret River before heading to Clancy's Fish Pub Dunsborough on Sunday for the last show of this tour. This is our fave touring act in Australia, the shows will be mind blowing and we highly recommend you get your boogie on and come join these stunning musicians (and incredible musos!) for some rocking good times!

13.01.2022 So stoked that our very own LCDrums has been confirmed to play the opening set at this year's South West Craft Beer Festival! But this time LC is not gonna be behind his drums but instead behind his decks! Kickin off a long day of mighty fine music (with DJs Mandy B, Chris Archee, Rev and Private Pickle), LC will ease everyone into this awesome little festy on the Busselton Foreshore with an irie mix of his favourite Reggae, Dub and World Music tracks that he's collected around the planet during his last two decades of surf and musical adventuring.

Go and support live music and the locals who have been doing it tough. This shot was taken of The Moonlight Era at Brewhouse back in January for their 4th birthday celebrations! Wedding bookings are cranking for the upcoming season and we are getting geared up for more exciting events we have in the pipeline!

12.01.2022 As we approach one of the busiest weekends on the South West Calendar, our very own Lee Cummings as L.C. DRUMS prepares for 6 gigs over the next 5 days! Starting this evening out at Jilakin Rock City with Private Pickle at God Said No 11:30pm-1:30am Then Friday for Royal Jelly Productions Camp Jelly Takeover of Champagne Charlie from 4pm with Coconut Carnys! ... Saturday finds Lee driving 5 hours back home to Margaret River where he plays Beerfarm with Sunbird from 3-6pm Then Settlers Tavern Margaret River from 10pm with The Frothers for a cranking set of surf guitar classics through till 12:15am. The weekend comes to an end with two shows on Easter Sunday at Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co with The Other 42 from 1-4pm and Margaret River Hotel Corner bar after Waiting for Ella, with the fun loving cover band Le Frothiers from 7pm onwards playing old and new hits (no cheese!) Monday will come gladly for a well deserved rest (and maybe an arvo surf!)

Great efforts made by Gem Events Management, Billy Phillips, the team at The Common and for everyone who participated in buying raffle tickets for some incredible prizes!

03.01.2022 This event has morphed into a bit guys, All of the original goodness is going on but we are now holding a fundraising auction and raffle for shark attack victim... Alex Travaglini organised by Surfing WA, The Common and supported by WSL. The prize pack is awesome and includes a signed competition surfboard by John John Florence, Jeep Leader jerseys signed by Julian Wilson and Stephanie Gilmore, 2 x Air Asia return flights to Kuala Lumpa and WSL merchandise. Raffle tickets are $10 each or 3 for $20 on sale on the night, and the prizes will be drawn on the night at The Common. The Common opens at 3pm, happy hour is from 5pm to 6pm with $8 pints, $5 chicken wings and $10 pizza, and the auction will take place at 8pm.
