19.01.2022 A message from The Distributors Brisbane: We believe communication is paramount and therefore we want to take this opportunity to reassure all our loyal supporters that we are definitely open for business as per usual and that we are fully committed to servicing our customer base during this highly uncertain time of COVID-19. Being a HACCP accredited company, The Distributors Brisbane already follows a strict set of guidelines for maintaining a high standard of hygiene and c...leanliness throughout our everyday operations and in our warehouse. In addition to this, we are taking every opportunity to keep our staff informed of the latest updates from the Federal Government and we are consistently working towards keeping our people safe and well. To reduce the risk of spreading infection, we have modified some procedures within our workplace to ensure our staff and customers remain safe and healthy during this challenging and difficult time. We have increased our access to hand sanitizers in all areas of our warehouse and we have provided sanitary wipes for all work surfaces and computer terminals. We ask that you do not visit the warehouse or our office if you are feeling unwell. Access to the warehouse has been restricted to only our staff this means we cannot provide any opportunity for customers to view our product range at this time. Orders will be taken as per usual over the telephone, email and fax or via our Sales Representatives. Pick-up and delivery of all orders is running normally. Unfortunately, due to the unavailability and/or restricted supply of some essential items, we have had to place a limit on the purchase of some stock items. Please understand that maintaining supply has proven challenging but we are endeavouring to do our very best to meet your needs. Now, more than ever, it is vitally important that you continue to support your local businesses especially in this time of great hardship and ever-changing conditions. 04.01.2022 Good morning to all our loyal supporters and customers! We are still open for business as usual but we are adapting our practices as COVID19 updates develop. We would like to let you know that while you can still pick up from our warehouse, we are limiting the access for everyone who is not staff. If you are wanting to do a pick up order, please email or telephone your order in ahead of time - we will not be accepting any orders in the actual office upon arrival. While yo...u can collect your invoice from Reception, please proceed back out our front entrance and wait at the warehouse door and someone will assist you. Do not enter the warehouse under any circumstances - our staff will bring the order out to you. We have also further increased our sanitary and hygiene requirements for all our staff and in particular our delivery drivers. Rest assure that our staff and customer safety is paramount!
