25.01.2022 Id like to do a shout out for a great Russell Island business that I had no idea was here until a couple of weeks ago. Phill and Amy from Picknmix have refreshed my tired old patio furniture with some new washable cotton canvas covers. They created the pattern and they fit perfectly. 1 set for winter one set for summer.... They were done in a professional and timely manner and I will definitely recommend the quality. They have their own materials to select from but they helped me choose the perfect material from spotlight at the click of a button.

Nettles are rich in vitamins A, C and Bs..., plus potassium, magnesium and iron. They are also depurative, so are great for skin conditions and detoxification, and have anti rheumatic, anti inflammatory and anti allergic effects. Nettles lose their sting once they are thoroughly wilted, dried, cooked or pulverised. They taste a bit like spinach and can be used in much the same way. 09.01.2022 TGA IGNORES PUBLIC OPINION to ensure you will not be able to easily or affordably access cannabidiol (CBD) - if ever - while making you think you can through a ...pharmacist. The Therapeutic Goods Administration - TGA has just released its "interim decision" on future access to CBD, backing its own option, which it has also 'tweaked' to make access even more restrictive. In doing so, TGA has ignored thousands of submissions from you, the public, over 95% of which opposed their option in favour of general sale. Why bother consulting you if they were always going to ignore what you had to say? WHY WILL NOTHING CHANGE? For a pharmacist to sell it, CBD products must first be 'registered' with the TGA and meet criteria that is almost impossible to achieve. A CBD product must be 'clinically proven' to work for a health claim at a VERY low dose, which is extremely hard to do while also making it expensive to sell. This means no products will be approved for many years (if ever), meaning CBD will not ACTUALLY be available through a pharmacist. The TGA has now also FURTHER tightened its noose to ensure pharmacists cannot offer people CBD via TGA's 'Special Access Scheme'. Meanwhile, people around the world continue to access affordable CBD in stores and online for well known uses, while Australians will continue to access CBD illegally and be criminalised for seeking relief from their suffering.
