We know that Father's Day can be a tough day for some people, especially for those who have lost their dad, or for dads who may have lost a child. This year there are also lots of families who can’t see each other due to lockdowns and travel restrictions. 12.01.2022 Super proud of how our students have been rocking the one rule since returning to in person training! The one rule is the first thing new students learn when earning their white belt and we love seeing them rock it as their superhero journey is just beginning. But it has also been such a joy after not seeing the kids in person for so long to see kids who have trained with us for 6 months, 2 years, 5 years, 10 years and beyond to STILL be rocking it. 09.01.2022 As classes resume indoors we are super pumped to be back. The whole team are ready, COVID safe and excited. We are Coming Back Super and look forward to welcoming everyone back and any new joiners too! Your #SuperHeroChallenge this week is to Come Back Super to something you did before lockdown. He didn’t know when this message would be delivered but he planned for it to be delivered after his death. We are sharing it today as it is a great message to laugh during times of challenge and also to plant a tree! Sensei Cameron then mentions a quote from Ralph Waldo Emerson, we are unsure which exact quote he is referring to, but he wrote the following: . 03.01.2022 Passport for time travel created by the delightful Neisha and sent out to all our families before Halloween to give the kids something tangible and interactive in the zoom format. The kids loved sticking in their passport stamp as they completed the activity in each "year".

This month they are creating their list of super actions that they will take at home, at school and out in the community.
