21.01.2022 This season it seems like there has been little upside to Covid restrictions. We have a found a positive... This year for the second time in a row our Bobcats are the Premiers for their division!!! The medal presentation for these guys and gals is usually done at the the SCCSA's Adermann Awards night, which means we don't all get to be a part of celebrating. ... This year, the Bobcat's will be awarded their medals at our end of year break-up, which means we will all get to see this amazing team receive their medals. Congratulations to the entire Bobcats team including the kids, coach and manager.

20.01.2022 Hi Wildcats! The Association is looking for some volunteers to help over the long weekend with the State Titles being held at the Sunshine Coast Stadium. Please message if you can assist.... *Saturday 6am to 7:30am- 4 strong Volunteers to help set up marquees for technical areas *Saturday Field officials from 11am to 8pm for field official, you get to wear hi-vis and provided with a walkie talkie. The role of field official will be making sure spectators behave, teams stay in Tech areas, asking smokers to leave the venue, policing dogs, etc *Monday 6am to 7:30am- 8 strong Volunteers to help set up marquees for technical areas *Monday Field officials from 8am to 3pm for field official, you get to wear hi-vis and provided with a walkie talkie. 17.01.2022 Attention Wildcats. We have been advised that the PCYC will be closed Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday of this week due to many staff having been in Brisbane last week. We would request that our members please cancel any training at the PCYC that may have been planned. We would also request that any member's who have been in the greater Brisbane area since 20 March, please respect the QLD Health directive and remain at home for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of this week.
16.01.2022 Meet Eric. Why, you may ask do I want to know about Eric? About 50 years ago Eric started what was then known as the 'Methodist Club' who played soccer in a competion against the other churches on the coast. This competion of churches then turned into the Sunshine Coast Churches Soccer Association and the Methodist Club became the Nambour Wildcats. At 96 Eric has live quite a life and has given a lot to the club in its early years. It was just wonderful to spend some time with him here at our beloved PCYC on Saturday and he thoroughly enjoyed getting to watch a game and see where the club has taken its self.

11.01.2022 Reminder - if you ordered additional shields for younchilds perpetual plaque they will be ready for collection Thursday 5th November 4 to 4.45pm at the PCYC. If you are around at 4.30pm bring your kids in their Wildcats gear as we will be having some photos taken for a marquee we are receiving.

09.01.2022 Hey Wildcats. We could use about 3 helpers from 8am to 9am in the canteen tomorrow, our allocated team is a bit shorthanded. Please come to the canteen if you can assist.
09.01.2022 HELP NEEDED! We need someone to come and assist with some line marking tomorrow afternoon at the PCYC at 1.30pm. This would be providing assistance with some stringlines. No experience needed. Please let me know ASAP if you can help.
08.01.2022 We have lots of great volunteers in our Club, but this year we decided to single out someone who continually gives up so very much of his time. Over the past 4 years he has coached teams when no one else would, put things together, cooked BBQ's, gotten up at 5.30am with the committee to set up fields on too many occasions to count, lifted everything, help set up seasons and pack them down, marks lines like no other and is someone whom the entire committee knows is always there to lend us a hand no matter what. We have nominated him in the Sunshine Coast Volunteer of the Year Awards this year and we wish him the best of luck. Thanks for all that you do for the Club and the kids Shane Grand-Court

04.01.2022 Please note that teams who are training at the PCYC this Wednesday afternoon you will need to ensure you only use the area near the 2 small fields and at the far side of the oval. Little athletics will be having a function on the grass near their shed. Please share the space and please do not allow your children to go near the inflatables. Thanks so much.
