23.01.2022 Hi everyone. Tandy here. Isn't life great? The sun is out, the air is warm, and summer must be near, because my auntie Jill is out in the garden. We always have... a chat over the fence when she is gardening. Funny thing, I'm almost as tall as she is now that I'm a big girl. BOB and I have a busy week, The Nannup lions dinner meeting tomorrow night, the Busselton dinner on Wednesday, and then the lions convention in Fremantle over next weekend. Bob has to give talks on the Nannup lions gold nugget raffle, and it looks like being a very busy time! As some of you know, BOB and I had an interview with Stan Nash of the ABC radio on Friday, and it was broadcast throughout the state. I enjoyed it immensely, and you may have heard the thump thump thump of my tail against the desk in the studio Bob has almost recovered, and I'm having a ball in the sun while he does the laundry before we head north. He is a good lad, and I'll keep you all informed as we go. Hope to see some of you along the track Lotsa love. Tandy XXX wag wag wag wag

16.01.2022 Celebrating Women in Lions. Over 25 years service each by Jeanette, Izzy and Di within the Nannup Lions Club. President Chris Moreton presents the ladies with appreciation certificates as he talks about their dedication in a combined 75years of service to the club. A great dinner was held in their honour with a special cake baked for the occasion. Congratulations ladies ... well deserved!

15.01.2022 Hi everyone. Tandy here. I was was helping BOB with the gold nugget raffle in Busselton this afternoon, when this lovely lady stopped to buy a ticket. She had ...a large bag around her neck and it had the most extraordinary smell! A real live baby kangaroo! That's right a real Joey To most other dogs, it would have been a piece of Chew Roo, but not to me The lady bent over and let me kiss the little fella! Really cute, and we chatted for some time. He wasn't scared at all, and I think he even wanted me to become his mum? I told him I had to keep an eye on Bob, and he seemed to understand then off he went, curled up and cosy in his calico bag. We sold tickets at Busselton IGA today, and there are still so many to sell. 15.01.2022 Hello everyone. Tandy here. Bob and I went to the Lions Convention in Fremantle over the weekend, and this is where we ended up! My face tells it all. Bob t...ells me I'm to young to drinks anything but water but, believe me, even a dog needs a good slug of firewater when you've got to put up with bar room chatter! Fortunately I made a lot of friends among the hundreds of delegates - pity this was the best photo Bob could provide when we got home last night. I'm told the Convention watched a video of the gig with me as the centrfold (more or less...), whuch is no less than I deserve. I'd have seen it, except Bob & I had to go up to the city with Uncle Kim so I could do my bi-annual Public Access Test with our wonderful instructor Kay Whitely. I love her dearly but was horrified when she said I could lose some weight! She also said Bob should tighten up on people being able to pat and cuddle me. Said all the attention I received at the Convention could turn me into a psychologically challenged canine. Another way of saying I might start biting patters - fat chance! I love it... Otherwise the weekend went well. Bob even got a chance to tell everyone about Nannup's gold nugget raffle and the applause was deafening. Pity they didn't start clapping till we went and sat down... Just joking! The ticket orders have already started pouring in and Bob has just received a three months extension to the raffle, meaning the draw will be on February 10 next year.
