22.01.2022 Today I was supposed to graduate in my Degree in Emergency Management but the slow-w-w rollout of Covid vaccinations to disabled people has seen me decide it is unwise to travel the Hume Highway to Wagga Wagga, so it is a happy Qigong Day instead. Right now I am in the teaching practicum of my teacher training, working with my Senior Teacher towards submitting my final exam. When we undertake Qigong practice, we are mindful of these 5 things which help us to balance ourselves... in what can be a pretty unnatural world. I am grateful for those students who have joined classes and to my Senior Teacher for enabling this last phase of a very long journey which includes qualifications in animal acupuncture, safety and emergency management, health and nutrition, and Qigong. Wherever you are, take a few minutes to stop and bond with nature. Place your hands on a tree and feel the Qi.
