We have recently secured a project to supply and maintain a national facility company with both Data Centre Power and regional edge sites. Only a small site but some handy regional work to change the UPS and improve the patch cabling for our ANZ client.

21.01.2022 COVID-19 has struck business fast and hard. Most of us had to hit the ground running to accommodate our attitudes and habits as we started working from home. While we could see it coming, once it hit, the pandemic changed business overnight. And when a crisis like this happens, the pace of business is totally different. Weeks start to feel like months, and outcomes are different. Many people hadn't planned to be in this situation, so we are meeting their pets and their kids, ...too. But we've also been given an opportunity. Our default tools and default ways of meeting don't work as well virtually. Working remotely asks us to be more intentional in how we talk and collaborate in this way, we're better able to design the experience in ways we weren't able to before. I hope people will learn to bring some of these insights back into how we communicate ‘in real life’ . . . once we can do that again. My hope is also that we learn that we don't have to get on a plane and get into the same physical room in order to have an impactful, human conversation. Yet currently we are still struggling to manage our TEAMS across the different areas. There are various degrees of lockdown and business continuity. The NPS Melbourne office has been in lockdown since March. NPS Western Australia is functioning as normal and NPS New Zealand is really back to speed and that our team are actually out doing regional visits to our clients. New Zealand is back to business as Stephen Snookes is showing us in these photographs.

18.01.2022 NPS has partnered with Schneider. We are to deliver a UPS project to Kalium Mine Project in Western Australia. Kalium Lakes has surpassed the halfway point for the potash project in WA. This project is for the development of Beyondie sulphate. In July, the SOP processing plant began construction. The project is now 52% complete. It is now set to install underground services and begin civil and concrete works.... Kalium Lakes continued work on non-process infrastructure. This includes: - building extra rooms for construction accommodation, - 2x 110,000 litre diesel storage tanks, - warehousing facilities, - vehicle wash - and mobile workshops.

07.01.2022 NPS was asked to supply a mobile solution with 3 x 6KVA Online UPS with internal batteries (to provide 15 minutes of autonomy). The feed for each UPS was supplied by a distribution board at about 20 meters. The output of the UPS was for medical equipment which was broken down into three separate units allowing the use of single phase UPS.... 01.01.2022 Well done to Team NPS Vic for a very quick turn around on a small project. A call was received on Monday 10.30am to procure a 40kva UPS with an external battery pack. A plinth for UPS and battery pack was needed to be created as well.
01.01.2022 NPS has worked extensively with Siding Springs and associated Telescopes. NPS supplied and installed an EATON DC UPS system along with multiple large AC UPS systems to provide back up for the automation of the Telescope. Kudos to Craig Brown for design and implementation of the system. Craig has been a strong technical sales person for NPS for many years.
