25.01.2022 Spreading joy to people in Aged Care Last month GetUp knew that with the holiday season fast approaching and with travel restrictions still in place, some peopl...e in aged care wouldn't get to feel the holiday cheer. So they asked for volunteers of over 1,000 people to write heartfelt letters to people in aged care. Those letters were compiled and printed into a beautiful book, with copies now delivered to aged care homes across the country. I decided to partake in this worthwhile cause and my letter is on page 125. If you would like a digital copy of the book please let me know so you can also share it with your loved ones.

22.01.2022 Each time a person shares a negative idea, spreads negativity on social media, indulges in negative gossip, talks of the fear of bad things happening in the wor...ld they are sending a powerful vibration of hatred and evil through out the whole world. They think they are trying to save the world with spreading the word to warn or to make people aware. What they are in fact doing is building a web of negative waves of energy to surround themselves and all others that join in. In this way the forces of darkness are now surrounding the world and entering peoples hearts and minds via the flood of the information on the pandemic or that same negative information about supposed alien forces or conspiracies. Being joyous, immersing yourself in positive meditation, eat good organic food, do your exercise, appreciate the wonder of life are just a few things YOU can do to dispel the negativity. If you don't - if you choose to add to the drama then you are helping them weave their web. Watch YOUR WORDS. Shut off the sharing of anything bad. Send pictures of nature, of God's creation, practice healing, send positive mindfulness, uplifting videos. Stop playing into the hands of the negative. Refuse to accept the NEW WORLD ORDER and refuse to accept the way it was. We need to build God's order, and if you are not religious you can call it a spiritual order, or natures divinity or energetic harmony. The name's not important. The fact that YOU are needed to build it IS IMPORTANT. Don't let the negative GLAMOUR trap you now. Those that know pay attention now. WE NEED YOU! Dont ask why or how to do this.
