25.01.2022 My rock, my dad our everything. Glen William Bolger passed suddenly and very unexpectedly on the 07/07/2020 at home with his family. Dad would be the first to ...help anyone, offer guidance ( even sometimes when not needed) out stubborn you, crack a rum and chat anything horse related. He was a true warrior to so many. Dad was such a driving force with the horses, he taught me everything there was to know, his passion and love for the animals was out of this world. He built our beloved business, he built our home, and he built a very strong family. The stables seem so dull, the arena so quiet and life just not the same without you in it. As a breeding barn we are passing the Noblewood brand onto Gemma Alexander Gonzalez @gemmalaurel who has in her care a number of Noblewood mares which she will continue to breed... with the Noblewood brand along with her own brand Contarli Performance Horses. The Noblewood brand has always embodied ethical and honest standards in the breeding and selling of beautiful horses and I know that Gemma holds these principled ideals close to her heart as we have done. In amongst those horses was a group of eight mares arriving together in 1998 - Gina was amongst the BAND OF EIGHT. These mares included Cantara, Blatini, Gina X, Calvara Z, Hella IV (Cadence), Lidwina Z, Olinda and Calotta and were really the foundation of the Noblewood brand and the start of an exciting journey for all of us associated with Noblewood over the years. We are proud that it continues to live on in bloodlines in the modern day Australian sporthorse.
