17.01.2022 Im pleased to assure you that, at this point in time, our classes are all continuing. In stressful times it is beneficial both physically and mentally to keep exercising if possible. I am aware that some of you are isolating yourselves and fully support you in that decision. We are taking the necessary precautions:... We all have our own mats, weights and thera bands so do not share equipment. I will not be bringing any of my Pilates Props such as magic circles and ChiBalls to class, nor shall I lend anyone weights, bands or mats. We will be keeping safe distances between class participants. When correcting clients I will do this verbally only, so no physical contact will be made. I would like to ask you to wash/sanitise your hands before and after class and please dont attend class if you feel unwell. www.northernbeachespilates.com.au
