23.01.2022 For the safety of our patients, if you meet the criteria for testing as mentioned, we are asking that you present to the hospital for testing. If you are unwell but have not travelled, not been in close contact with someone who has travelled or not been in close contact with a confirmed case, you do not meet the criteria for Covid-19 testing and it is like any other illness. Only people who meet current clinical criteria need to be tested for COVID-19. The people most at risk of having coronavirus (COVID-19) are those who have been overseas in the past 14 days, or people who have been in contact with a person who has the virus. If you fall in to either of these categories and become unwell .

09.01.2022 Private Flu vaccine is available now! Due to the new restrictions placed for ALL of Queensland, if you need to attend our medical centre while these restrictions are in place, you will be required to wear a mask at all times . Patients are to attend alone and we will only be allowing one person in the consult room with the doctor (the only exception is if you are a parent with a child). All other people must wait outside or in the car. ... If you have any cold/flu/respiratory symptoms, we request you have a covid test and when that comes back negative, we will be able to see you face to face. In the meantime, if you need a telephone consult, you are welcome to book this. If we all do the right thing, we will be back to "normal" in no time. Please be patient and understanding with our staff in these tough times, as they are just following the guidance of their superiors and Queensland Health.
