17.01.2022 This is the big question....what more important? Exercise or Food. What's the best way to lose weight? Well research shows that it's our food that really plays ...the major part of the healthy weight equation. We can't out-exercise the wrong diet. We definitely know, exercise is vital to great health, but unless your body is in a healthy place, exercise isn't necessary going to give you all the benefits that you could get from it. Our food creates us and creates our health inside. Exercise can enhance that health but only if the food is right first. 17.01.2022 We're in a lockdown and focusing on a few keys things can make a difference. Your food is so so important and will have a very big impact on your mood and healt...h both physically and emotionally. We're all about food. This is our thing! Timings as well as the right food makes a massive impact. If you have your MB plan then follow it as close as possible. If you don't have a Metabolic Balance plan yet then stick to whole foods and have three meals a day. Be mindful when you're eating. Water water water - you need to stay hydrated! Staying well emotionally and physically is about everything you do and think so stay active, dance, listen to uplifting music, be creative, and schedule in me time at home even if it's just for 10 mins whenever you can. Lockdown won't be forever and a new normal will restart soon. Now is a great time to start MB too so check out our website (link in profile) to find your nearest practitioner.
