25.01.2022 Well! What can I say... its been a great week for introducing some incredible new drinks. Today I had the absolute pleasure of sampling Hepburn distillery gins and vodkas.... Unique flavour profiles which reflect the local region, super smooth, delicious and made authentically and uniquely from the ground up! ... From the local spud to your glass welcome Hepburn distillery. @basil and Jane, you are geniuses. Can't wait for you all to try!

Seating will be allocated based on bookings. Therefore if you wish to sit with friends, it’s best to book together. ... 15.01.2022 Thanks folks for a great weekend.... nice spontaneous jams last night were a treat. Thanks piano man ( I didn't catch your name) and all you that contributed sensational. Due to the new restrictions easing we can have more people seated in the restaurant. We are still restricted but our out door area is coming along and with the warmer days we hope to make more use of this space. We will keep table bookings for now, but please please please let us know if you can't fulfil yo...ur booking, we are sadly turning people away who haven't booked because we are at capacity but then we have no shows... :( so taking bookings for this Thursday, Friday and Sunday. Masks!!!!!! No longer needed in the venue which I know will make things a little more personable and easier for our staff. We have left the decision to our staff and it is up to them if they want to continue wearing them in the venue. Same for you, our patrons. We have a few more staff on board so you will see some new faces around the place... they will be learning the ropes over the next few weeks so please welcome them Odessa style! Now the big one, C.W playing at our venue this Saturday. I was hoping we would have capacity increased with the announcement yesterday but that is not the case so there is unfortunately no more room inside. To the lucky Golden ticket holders the tasting starts at 430 pm with the wonderful Basil. Eftos available if you wish to buy his amazing gins and vodkas. Also he accepts cash. And finally announcing The piano wizard will be coming to play in January so keep an eye out for tickets! I'll let you know when it gets closer, no one ever wants to miss this night! Please bare with me as I try strike the right balance of bringing back some music and entertainment whilst following the restrictions and keeping us all safe. Saturday we have a beautiful classical guitarist and fiddle player bringing some South American vibes to the joint.... Unfortunately the easing of restrictions aren't as kind to us as first thought, and our capacity is still limited, so we will be offering the 3 sittings. 04.01.2022 'I don't know about you, but I've got the pandemic blues' Pretty chuffed to announce the one and only C.W Stone king is going to stop in to Odessa on his little jaunt around regional Vic. As many of you know, his music fills our place on various evenings and I am so happy to be able to pay him instead of Spotify to play! ... This gig will be a very intimate gig with limited tickets ( for obvious viral reasons) and will go on sale Thursday 12pm. The ticket price is $115 and will include Hepburn distillery gin and vodka tasting,and a delicious 2 course meal, followed by an intimate evening with C.W.
