23.01.2022 NSB x OFU Crossroads 2020 was an absolute success last Tuesday. It has been difficult to host the usual OFU schedule of events during COVID, however we are thrilled to still be able to support the current students of NSB - and future Old Falconians! Thank you to all the Old Falconians who participated in the industry panels to provide an insight into their career paths and university journey. ... If you'd like to get involved in the future, please get in touch.
20.01.2022 FALCONIA HIGHLIGHT: Mark Humphries (2003) has carved a successful career as a satirist, comic, actor, writer and TV presenter. A stint on ABC Australia's The Roast led to a regular role in SBS TV’s The Feed SBS in 2016. As host of Network 10’s Pointless in 2018 and 2019 he made an entry into commercial television and a regular Thursday evening spot on ABC's 7.30 provides a wide audience for his talents. The OFU wishes Mark Humphries all the best in his future endeavours whether that be in commercial television, or musical theatre!
18.01.2022 Best of luck to the Class of 2020 with their first exam of the HSC today! It's been an incredible year to complete your final year of high school, but you've all worked very hard and we're sure you'll do brilliantly, both today and beyond.

14.01.2022 Vale Professor Richard Hunstead (1922-2019) For six decades, Professor Richard Waller Hunstead was part of the University of Sydney, leaving an influential legacy for many areas of astronomy optical, radio and X-rays. As a PhD student, Richard's supervisor was the pioneer radio astronomer Professor Bernard Mills, and Hunstead was part of the team building the Molonglo Cross a radio telescope located in the Molonglo Valley, about 30km east of Canberra that produced exce...ptional maps of the sky at a frequency of 408 MHz. He went on to make major discoveries on the nature of these objects, linking them to distant galaxies with supermassive black holes at their centres. In research, he gained an international reputation based on work over many decades and published in nearly 200 refereed papers.
10.01.2022 Check out the new gym! We're sure many Old Falconians would have enjoyed using a recreational space of this quality, and we're glad future generations of NSBHS students will get the benefit. https://twitter.com/NthSydBoysHS/status/1321314858978082817
