21.01.2022 It's that lovely time of year with Christmas just around the corner and we're enjoying remembering the birth of our precious Saviour, Jesus. And because there's a real hub of joy in the shop we have set up a jar of 'Christmas Coupons'. For each customer who visits our store between the 11th November until the 19th of December there is the opportunity to pick from a bowl of coupons that have some pretty special deals - "50% off", FREE items and "$5 to spend" are just some of them! We feel so blessed to serve a generous God, the "giver of every good gift" Don't forget to grab your coupon when you enter the shop to know your Christmas goody!

The movie OVERCOMER will be screened on Thursday 29th ...August at Victa Cinema, Ocean St. Victor Harbor. Doors open 6:30 for 7pm start. Tickets are $16 includes Take Away Supper. Door Prizes. 20.01.2022 Hey Guys, So like a lot of businesses we are currently closed and would REALLY appreciate if people would respect our NO DUMPING sign at the front of our shop. WE CANNOT TAKE DONATIONS and its horrible that in this tricky time, when we are already sad because we cannot open and not currently generating funds for the causes we support that people would burden volunteers with cleaning up a pig mess. Please respect local Op Shops at this time and do not dump things out the front of closed shops. Thank you for your help.

Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy. Proverbs 31:8-9... This year for Christmas we are supporting Compassion (link below) as they work with children and families in very real need across the world. More details to come! We will also be popping a basket for donations of specified pantry goods in the shop that will be passed on to South Coast Christian Community Care for distribution to those in need in the local community - every donation before Christmas will be matched by Olive Tree Op Shop! 11.01.2022 We are so grateful for all the lovely visitors that come for a hunt among the treasure at the Olive Tree Opshop and we hope that everyone is well and finding peace in these difficult times. Our overseers have decided it would be best to close the shop for a little while. We will also not be accepting donations. We're using this as the perfect opportunity to work on a new section of the shop that will be open to customers hopefully very soon - more room for more treasures!
