20.01.2022 We need a 24/7 City Vision and Planning MOST IMPORTANTLY :) Would be fun to be able to hang out in the city safely, even read books, work, have a cup of coffee or see some nice live jazz music. Why the hell not? Actively being against it through policy is dumb as there is no real valid reason to stop this kind of society exisiting, It literally does in Melbourne far better than we do in a bigger city for no reason other than lack of vision and pure unadulterated dumbness AKA FEAR
13.01.2022 The elections are on!
10.01.2022 Thank you everybody for your support especially our volunteers and support team!
09.01.2022 I've almost forgot to vote this morning lol This is your chance to make a difference - PUT 1 IN GROUP N FOR KEEP SYDNEY OPEN AND FILL THE REST 2, 3.. out as well. LETS CHANGE THE GAME
05.01.2022 Make a submission with your thoughts, It's really quick. I just made one. -------------------------... WIN WIN SOLUTION Drinking License as you have a driver's license. Everytime you buy alcohol, your ID will be scanned by ID scanners and your drinking is on a database. If you are aggressive, you can lose your right to entry at bars or buy alcohol. That way Sydney is safe from terrible drunken behaviour and people are on guard about it as well. Sydney can be and OPEN 24/7 city without the fear of going out at night or having to close down the night time economy as we have now. MORE MONEY FOR NSW GOV as there is a Night Time economy and they can save face for PROTECTING NSW RESIDENTS. WIN WIN I just to want to be able to have bubble tea at 1 am at night because I work best at night and it's a shame you can't even be in the city as things like public transport shut down. They should be open 24/7 and we should be a VIBRANT GLOBAL CITY. I just got back fro Hong Kong and Shenzhen and was a little bit sad how far behind we've come. --------------------------------- Thoughts?
02.01.2022 What cool venues do you want to see start to pop up at night or what are your favourites? I just want to say thank you so much to all the Keep Sydney Open supporters and supporter of the nightlife and especially want to thank Tyson Koh and the KSO team for their sheer utter tenacity in fighting the good fight. Most political parties lose focus and purpose but Keep Sydney Open Party has done a marvellous job and fighting for the nightlife through and through. So proud to be apart of it
