18.01.2022 Hi Ooy! I just wanted to let you know that I really enjoyed the meals from this menu. ... I had the Vegetarian Pad See Ew and the vegetables were nice and crisp, there was a good selection of vegies so it was tasty and colourful (I always think food should look good as well as taste good). The noodles were obviously freshly homemade, they were beautifully soft and melted in the mouth. The flavouring/sauce was just right, not too overpowering or too much salt. I have tried both Chinese and Vietnamese takeaway from Werribee CBD but none of them are as good as this and I would definitely get this meal again. So reasonably priced and delicious. People were commenting on how beautiful it looked and there are others who say they would order it also if its on the menu again. I highly recommended it to them wink emoticon I also had the Vegetarian Rice Paper rolls and they were delicious too. Thank you for the dipping sauce! The fresh herbs were beautiful in the rolls. These are also a meal I would order again because they were so lovely. The meals are nice and light and healthy. Perfect for lunch as you dont want anything too heavy to sit in your stomach when you arent being active by sitting at a desk for the majority of the day. Thanks again Ooy!

Since May'2009 I have been teaching Thai cooking in the local area at various Community Centres including Williamstown, Newport and South Kingsville. I have also catered for functions from small to large (20-120 people). Now I would like to give people the opportunity to enjoy the taste of Thailand and learn how to cook authentic Thai food at my kitchen. Simple ...choose 3 dishes from the menu, make a booking and I will do the rest. If you would like to experience the delights of Thai food, and learn the basic cooking techniques at the same time, simple give me a call. Cost: A regular class consisting of 3 dishes chosen from the menu costs $85 per person for up to 4 people. The cost includes all of the ingredients necessary and you keep the copy of the recipes.
