25.01.2022 OneSight is OPSM’s charity partner, providing eyecare and eyewear for those who lack access. With the help of OPSM optometrists and employees who volunteer their time, OneSight is able to provide eyecare access and glasses to regional and remote communities, and those in need in metropolitan areas. This group of Buddhist monks visited our 2017 Thailand clinic, dressed in traditional Theravdin Monk robes. The different colors hold various symbolic meanings, rooted in traditions from more than 2,600 years ago. While our patients span a variety of cultures and backgrounds, they’re all connected by one thing: they're seeking the clear sight they need to thrive. Wear your glasses on top of your mask, forming a type of seal, letting less air through. 2. Ensure the general fit of the mask is snug, use the clip on the nose if it has one and tie knots on the strings tighter if you need to. 3. Consider wearing contact lenses if you can. Speak to our team who can offer you tips and guidance on contact lenses. ... Although it’s safe to use on your hands, don’t use hand sanitiser on your lenses as it may affect the lens surface. You’ll need:... - Chia seeds - Unsweetened plant milk - Vanilla - Pure maple syrup (optional) Place chia seeds, plant milk, vanilla and sweetener (optional) in a container or bowl and mix well. Stir twice. Place covered in the refrigerator and stir again after 5 and 10 minutes to keep the seeds from settling at the bottom. Keep refrigerated and enjoy!
