13.01.2022 2020 is going quickly and this means Christmas is almost here. OCSS will be sending forms out this week for participants to advise of support needs over the Christmas period. The centre will be closed for group activities On the 23rd of December and reopening on the 4th of January. ... We understand individual supports may still be required. Our inhome support will not change but if you require individual support in the closure period please put in your requests on the forms the go home so we can attempt to meet you support needs. We will return in writing what supports we can deliver based on staffing capacity in this time. The forms will need to be returned by the 31st of October. We also ask you return forms if you are having any time off over Christmas or having extra time off groups. If we are unaware of your absence we will assume you are attending and roster our staff to the ratio required, this will mean you will be marked as absent. Many thanks OCSS management
