25.01.2022 Tomorrow is the last day to book evening meals!! Thank you those that have put orders in on comments. Please add to this post if you have not ordered And would like to. The caterer is not charging for meals up front (so much trust!!!) however if you have ordered and fail to turn up you will receive an invoice from the ride OC...and a big fat black mark!!! (Name and shame!!)The money to purchase food comes out of their own pocket and at other rides people have decided to go elsewhere putting the caterer at a vast loss. This obviously wont happen at our ride !!!

24.01.2022 This is the first year we are allowing dogs at ride base. Please keep on a lead or tied up at all times and pick up poo from main public areas.... if your dog has a tendency to bark it may be better leaving at home to be respectful of your camp neighbours we have early starts . Please dont jeopardise your weekend due to your pooch!

21.01.2022 We have decided that fires will be permitted at ride base they must be in a drum to lessen damage to our paddock plus less risk of embers blowing... we have a tinge of green but it is still very, very dry so please be very vigilant. NO fire wood will be supplied or cut on property so please bring your own.

20.01.2022 FEI minimum weight for all Open events is 70kg!! Youth has no minimum weight. Be mindful however if you are chasing middleweight AERA points you will have to weigh in at AERA min middleweight of 73kg for this ride to count.

16.01.2022 Big paddocks require big markers!! Another 8 hours today on course with our FEI Technical Delegate Louise McCormack and Pam Karner... Attention to detail with these ladies 2nd to none! If any one gets lost its a definite should have gone to specsavers moment!! These large markers are on trees across the big paddocks where there is not many things to attach arrows to. Keep your eyes peeled!!! Thanks ladies for your time and expertise I think we all enjoyed showering off a very thick layer of dust !!!

13.01.2022 Pre ride will be between 5.30 and 6pm now... it will be announced

13.01.2022 T is for training! During 4am and 1:30pm on Saturday the tracks will be closed for everyone except those competing in Saturday events. We have marked a 1km loop around a paddock for those people who wish to exercise their horses in hand or under saddle during this time. You can ride this loop either direction however it is only marked one way. In this paddock will be a road and mown strip. These sections in particular are strictly for competing rider only. After 1:30pm Saturday you are welcome to follow loop 1 (red) arrows, turning around and coming back the same way or loop 2 (black) arrows up and down Knox road. The same rules apply with the training loop between 2am and 4pm on Sunday.

10.01.2022 Please do NOT look at AERASPACE and think that this is the actual entries... they are in a jumble but thats data entry headache for you with numerous events happening...Its incredibly difficult being ride secretary and Kim is doing the best job but under a lot of pressure . Please be patient and all will be corrected !!!

10.01.2022 As most are aware the Table Top ride is based at Oso Arabians. While we love to show visitors around our home and introduce them to our horses, ride weekend just isnt the time with all staff very busy running a big team of horses and organising the event for everyone. For this reason entry anywhere outside of ride base it strictly prohibited. Loop 4 does finish down the centre of Oso and we ask during this section of the ride you keep moving. There are plenty of other places during the ride to stop and let your horse graze and rest. This is for your safety and the safety of our horses, particularly stallions and young horses who may be excited about all the new horses coming through their home. We welcome you to come and admire our home at another time via appointment.

There will be normal burgers , sausage etc but dont expect yummy fish and chips Good Friday!!! This is good honest food at an honest price!!!

07.01.2022 Slowly but surely it comes together ..... its a real family and team effort ... those that have called ahead asking to arrive early please call (Amanda 0428849720 or Andrew 0428739625) us when 30 mins away as there is specific camping... if you put yards up and settle into camp and we ask you to move (which will happen) it will be a big headache for us all...

04.01.2022 Clothing for the weekend! Please remember that this weekend is an FEI event. Even if you are competing only in AERA you must adhere to FEI protocol for the vet ring and strapping areas. This means closed in shoes and long pants. Please make the job of our officials easy by adhering to this simple rule.
