20.01.2022 For those of you who have inquired - one medium-sized whole bulb of garlic is approximately 35 grams. We currently have boxes of 6 for $8.50.

19.01.2022 The last boxes of our whole bulbs off to lucky kitchens in Torquay and Geelong. We have been overwhelmed by the response to our delicious garlic and sad to say we have sold out of whole bulbs for 2017. But, we still have lots and lots of individual cloves available. Boxes of cloves are still available for $8.50 - a bargain considering weve done the hard work separating them for you! Email orders [email protected]

18.01.2022 Dirt on your garlic is a good sign! Its not bleached or processed in any way - just pulled out of the ground (by hand!) scrubbed with a dry brush (by hand!) and sorted (by hand). It has its own natural skin protecting it, no chemicals required!

17.01.2022 It's hard to believe we've reached harvest time already. We're getting ready to tackle the garlic but in the meantime we've pulled out our test onions. Check out these beauties! What a success. Look out for Otway Coast onions in 2018.

14.01.2022 Our garlic harvest at Moriac. Organically grown from certified organic seed stock. Its full of flavour and free of herbicides and pesticides. Most of this harvest has gone into the 2017 seedstock, however there are some excess bulbs for sale - varied sizes, all delicious!

08.01.2022 With all the lovely rain and mild weather, our little garlic babies are poking their heads out of the ground. All 4000 of them!! Now is the perfect time to give your garlic a little nitrogen fix to boost the root and leaf growth. Chook manure pellets or composted chook manure is a great source of nitrogen, but dont forget to put some lime out too to maintain the pH balance as nitrogen can be acidic. Keep weeds away from your garlic babies and make sure theyre not getting wet feet! Happy growing.
