17.01.2022 Anyone remember our paleo apple cakes from back in the shop days??? Well this recipe is based on those. Super easy, so yummy, and healthy! Omit the dark chocolate and you have a yummy paleo snack for kids and adults. Oh and this is a one bowl recipe!!!! Who doesn’t love easy and low mess baking Hope you enjoy this one ... Apple, Pear & Dark Chocolate Mini Cakes 200g almond meal 1tsp baking powder 1tsp vanilla bean 2tsp ground cinnamon 1 apple grated 1 pear grated 2 eggs 90g honey or pure maple syrup 60ml coconut oil melted Almond flakes to garnish Dark chocolate to garnish 1. Preheat oven to 160C fan forced 2. In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients and then gradually stir in wet ingredients (except almond flakes and chocolate) 3. Scoop large teaspoons into mini cupcake wrappers 4. Garnish with almond flakes and a small piece of dark chocolate on each 5. Bake for 25-28min 6. Enjoy warm or cooked

05.01.2022 With everything going on the past few weeks Ive found it hard to post anything on social media. Hard to want to share pretty things when there is so much pain in the world. We are finished up till mid August now as I headed onto maternity leave a bit earlier than planned. We also decided not to go ahead with our Easter range so that we can do everything we can to self-isolate and keep healthy. We will still be on email for anyone wanting to put in orders for later in the year. And we will share some pretty things from the past few months, as well as bub when he comes! Praying that everyone keeps safe!

Each bauble comes filled with 8 yummy star sugar cookies and some fun sprinkles. You can have twine or white ribbon as the hanging option. We can also customize the bauble with a name in gold. They are $22 and come in a cute gift box with ribbon ready for a fun little Christmas present. Pickup only, from us in yarrawarrah on Fridays and Saturdays in December.
