18.01.2022 Having trouble tagging your page or other business pages? Whenever Facebook fiddles with algorithms and settings many of our oft used functions default to original settings. Go to your page settings/general and make sure these functions are enabled. Its the little wheel up on the right for all you newbies.

15.01.2022 Facebook Reviews are a double edged sword. There's no feeling like that of watching glowing reviews build up on your page and then...the hateful or spiteful and often unfair review appears like knife through your heart! Fear not, I have many ways to solve this. The very first thing to do is reach out to the reviewer and appeal to their sense of fairness. Until (hopefully) you get rid of the review, respond with a calm and reasonable comment, calling out the unfairness or inaccuracies and inviting the poster to a personal conversation to reconcile. Secondly, report the review to Facebook with a reasoned rebuke to the false or unfair content. If that doesn't work, thats when the 'sh*# gets real' and it time to go into serious damage control. Next step? Call or message me for assistance. I have plenty of tricks up my sleeve.

This is a very useful tool in giving people the opportunity to find you by clicking the hyper link created by a tag. Check your category in your Facebook edit section. Facebook business pages in the "Artist, Band or Public Figure" and "Brand and Products" categories are the only business pages users can tag. To change your category, navigate to your Facebook business page. Click the "Edit Page" button in the upper right area of the page, and then click "Basic Information" in the left sidebar. Click the drop-down boxes at the top of the screen to change your category.
