24.01.2022 My sewing set up for this week at Mooloolaba with sewing buddy Kerry Ocean views, strawberries and lots of sewing

21.01.2022 Walk on the beach this morning. We walked along the boardwalk. Pancakes, Strawberries, Blueberries for breakfast. Pulled out a UFO that's been sitting unpicked for awhile.... Best time to work on it today. A few layouts so going with this one. Now to add the borders, and stitch it back together again.

20.01.2022 My projects are all sorted. Some UFOs to finish and new projects to start. Wednesday sewing group box - microwave cozies, laundry bags, dumpling pouches.... Friday night group - Lots of Bunting, Hair scrunchies and finishing off some UFOs. Saturday sewing group - Scrappy Rectangle blocks and Scrappy Granny blocks. When the box is empty I'll restock it with more ufo's to finish.

20.01.2022 I've been a bit busy sorting out my scrap stash. Sorting the scraps into colourways. Plus lots of cutting and more cutting... I have 3 Scrappy projects planned for 2021. Project 1 - 3 1/2" squares Project 2 - 2 " x 3 1/2" rectangles Project 3 - 2" squares Plus a few ufo's I'd like to finish too

20.01.2022 A very old UFO finished (can't remember it's name) So good to get it finished

20.01.2022 After our morning walk it was time to finish these placemats. Put the sashing and joined the stars on the My 2 Baby Sisters Placemats all completed plus the binding. Then started putting together another Jellyroll using a gadget called Jerry's Jelly Roll Jig makes it come together so quick - pastel balls completed.

19.01.2022 One very large quilt needs stripey binding. It did take a bit and a few unpicks to get the stripes matching up. Looks good. Now to start handstitching the binding down.
