10.01.2022 School holidays is no excuse to let go of all the hard work!

09.01.2022 Training as per usual for outdoor bootcamps. We are following the covid19 hygeine requirements we are using the 1.5 m social distancing rule. Bring your own towels and water bottles, all equipment is cleaned after every session. It's important at this time to keep our immune system strong and with good nutrition and regular exercise this can be achieved. Be Well, Be Fit, Be Happy!
