22.01.2022 September 7th is much anticipated, as the 29th anniversary of the raising of the first Australian Standing Stone, the Alexander Stone, is marked: It is named f...or Peter Alexander, who originally conceived of the array as Australias National Monument to the Celts, then convenor of the Celtic Council of Australia and head the efforts for the array and the selection of Glen Innes as their home. The Alexander Stone is the northern guardian of the entrance to the winter solstice avenue, looking inward to the central Gaelic, Australis and Brythonic Stones, such that the suns dawn rays travel through the avenue to light up the central array on the shortest day of the year. We mature the mead following the "Methode Champenoise Ancestrale" which produces a mead that retains the specific floral character of its original blossom. This sparkling mead can be enjoyed now or will age gracefully stored in your wine collection. Best served chilled. 05.01.2022 I dont want to be a whining, bitching, complaining, victim, but I do want to point this out to try to get some level of public awareness out there.... The pict...ure in this post is a great example of the type of thing I run into regularly. If someone finds my artwork online, they think have the right to use it. Ive actually have people argue with me that it cant be my artwork since its all over the internet. If it was really my work, Id be able to stop it from being used without permission. This is totally untrue. Please be aware that just because you CAN grab an image off the internet does not mean you have the RIGHT to! You COULD shop lift from the store, but you dont (or I HOPE you dont) because you know its theft and it is wrong. Intellectual property theft is NO DIFFERENT FROM SHOPLIFTING OR OTHER THEFT! Just because you can steal artwork online from the safety and security of your home does not make it any less unethical or immoral. This post was on a Nordic tattoo page. A post on the page was a person who had my popular Fenrir artwork tattooed on them without my permission or any compensation. Someone commented tagging me, giving me credit and asked if the person posting had my permission to use the work. The person defending me was ripped by several people calling him a Karen/Kevin and otherwise chastising him for calling out the person who stole my work. This needs to change! Artists rights and intellectual property rights need to be respected!
