We are mindful of keeping our customers, dealer network and staff safe, and we also acknowledge the challenges still facing rural communities in the wake of the devastating summer bushfires. In January we launched #FireRelief2020 to aid the process of clean up and recovery. We are pleased to report the program continues to assist our hard-hit farmers. Approximately $2 million worth of tractors and attachments are on loan in the wors...t affected areas across Australia, including King Island, Bega Valley, north-east Victoria, East Gippsland and the south coast of NSW. Massive loads of feed have been transported and loaded, burnt trees cleared and post holes bored. Our Deutz Fahr and Kioti tractors remain in the hands of those who need them most. Learn more: https://bit.ly/2EZNWNJ Christmas 2019 is something Rob Caroline never wants to experience again, but one good outcome made a big difference to how he coped. Just a few days before Christmas, Rob had a new Kioti PX1052 tractor delivered. He needed it to help him maintain 76 acres at Eurobodalla where he runs cattle.... He bought the tractor under a tailored finance package from PFG Credit, arranged through his local Kioti dealer, James Peel of JTP Machinery. By the end of December, the tractor was a pile of melted metal amongst the devastation of the still-burning Currowan bushfires. Rob lost everything on the property except his house, which he stayed to defend. The Currowan fire began on November 26 and burned for 74 days, destroying almost 500,000 hectares and 312 homes. Another 173 properties were damaged before the fires were finally extinguished by heavy rains in early February 2020. It was Christmas. Rob had been busy and hadn’t had time to think about insurance for the tractor. Anxious about losing the tractor and being out of pocket for it as well, he rang James Peel. James got straight onto Scott Maxwell at PFG Credit. Scott confirmed one of the great features of a PFG Credit finance package: Protecsure insurance cover applies automatically from the time of settlement unless the client decides to opt out. Protecsure is a specialised equipment insurance provider. For Rob Caroline, the relief was enormous. 05.01.2022 Great to see a #FireRelief2020 Kioti in action up at Ron Dales place in the Bega Valley. Ron fought the recent bushfire and saved his house, but machinery, pas...ture, fencing, stock and numerous outbuildings were lost. Plus his own Kioti tractor. James Peel from JTP Machinery in Brogo stepped up as part of the Fire Relief effort and soon had Ron behind the wheel of a Kioti PX1052. After clearing fallen timber and picking up burnt machinery, Ron passed on the donated tractor to his neighbours so they could, too, begin the recovery operation. See more

04.01.2022 Just back from badly hit Corryong and Cudgewa. As part of the roll out of #FireRelief2020, the PFG team delivered a Deutz-Fahr 5105.4G plus loader and hay forks at the Victorian Farmers Federation relief centre in Corryong. While there, we saw a steady stream of farmers coming in who were badly needing hay. The rangers and VFF rep were mightily pleased to have the Deutz-Fahr to help with the loading up of trucks and utes. The guys then dropped off a Kioti PX1052 at a property outside Cudgewa. It will be used primarily for fencing for those impacted around the district. A heavy duty borer was also provided to aid the task and contribute to what is going to be a long recovery effort.
