23.01.2022 Going back 2 years almost to the date! This beautiful family out at the Hume Weir. Late late evening when the sun was low, the bugs were adding to the atmosphere for the camera, picturesque scenery by the weir and river, happy kids, beautiful mum. Everyone was calm and just being themselves while I took photos around them 'being'. 23.01.2022 Whoa.. thought I’d check in. Far out things are going to poo aren’t they yikes! Who still has a job? More importantly, who still has their health? I suspect we will eventually adapt and possibly a lot of us will operate our businesses online and remotely. We will have to think outside the square. I always have heaps of ideas and love helping people come up with ideas of their own. I’m happy to have a chat with anyone who wants me to have a think about how they could do thing...s differently. I’m good at that stuff. Up until now I’ve been doing a bit of work for small businesses with their online content. For social media, websites and stores. I can still do a lot of this work with no contact. This is a job I’m yet to edit, but it’s a personalised jewellery store. So she just posted me the pieces and photograph then get the images back to her. I used a model for this job, which I won’t be able to do at the moment (unless you want a baby, little girls, a Mexican or a dog!) but this will force me to be even more creative! I have also been thinking I can manage some social media accounts. I’ve got the info and the skills and equipment to deliver great content for a couple of businesses. 22.01.2022 A depiction of a woman at an intersection of life, moving forward from a world and life she’s known and been comfortable with. To have the bravery and faith to follow the future path she must take, despite the unknowns and potential lack of security on the journey. It feels surreal; it feels a bit broken and shaky. 21.01.2022 Happy Sabbath peeps! I’m in Melbourne. Staying at The Sage motel, which is connected to the Ringwood shopping centre. Pretty convenient. This motel has a library in its restaurant . I’ll get some pics, highly recommmended. Plus the king room was only $140 a night and included a buffet breaky for 2. Did not hear a sound all night. Anywho... this photo is one of my faves in BW. 15.01.2022 I have been blessed to photograph some big family groups of late. I love them :) And I love wide open spaces, so when I put the two together I'm in love. Its amazing to live in an area of Australia with so much variety in the landscape, big skies, big trees, dust, sunlight, fog, water, sand, clay, red dirt, landscaped gardens, natural bushland, dry gums, lush willows... we have a bit of everything here in the North East.

15.01.2022 How much fun can one family have! Autumn is almost over, my favourite season. As for photography, I guess I could say I've taken a step back for a while and have been re-thinking things. There are a lot of aspects of this industry I have not enjoyed at all, maybe I'll share about that sometime. I was talking to a friend yesterday about the massive changes my life has undergone and she thought it was more of a 'recreation', so that's what im going with. We are busy recreatin...g our lives. 15.01.2022 Here we are!! Sage Motel at Ringwood. It’s awesome! Located on top of the shopping centre, walking distance to Costco (and Savers. Love op shops), so quiet and private, very nice shower (that’s my think. The shower can make or break a motel room for me), 11am check out, buffet breaky. It’s a Happy Father’s Day to my love @moroneas , he left a good job in the US, moved to the other side of the world and became an stepdad without hesitation. We are about to become a family of 5 and he’s embraced it like it’s been his calling in life. What a wonderful man . To think I friend zoned him 3 times and told him I can’t see us working out. 14.01.2022 I’m bored just posting business. And I’m missing LA. So this interruption to the usual programming I call Me- LA edition 1 and so forth. The day I met some celebs. Who can say they kissed Team Coco , got smacked in the head by Moses’ staff, bum bumped Beyoncé , etc etc (I have more of these). Those ugly towers are right at the top of the Hollywood sign. It was kinda ugly up there, but the walk was excellent. There are private security guards floating around (and employed... by the wealthy living on the streets leading up to the sign) telling tourists they will be arrested as they are on private land. Sadly I saw lots of tourists believe them and miss out on the sign. Better views are over at the Griffith Observatory (absolutely go there). I saw a real cop up there and said hello. About an hour later I was extremely lost (phone died) walking home and saw him again and I got a ride home! Also got a photo with him but the guy who took the pic on his NON flat phone never sent it to me I’m trying to remember what photos I chose now. Um there is one of a street with cactus, and I think it’s that sort of thing I’m missing. Im not a huge fan of being in the sun but in LA the lifestyle, clothing, dreamers, plants, randomness, buildings, traffic jams were all surrounded by an air of cool. And I feel like I fit in the building with the gorgeous white brick and palms is the LA Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. My favourite temple to date. 14.01.2022 Some product photos I did for for Shari from @balancenaturally . Shari has been working hard at her business for a few years now and is starting to secure stockists nation wide. I’ve tried a few of her products, and they are amazing. Sometimes I find it hard to believe she does all of this from the comfort of home, while juggling many other things, being a Mum, and all with natural ingredients. She has a new cream called Mineral Magic Night Care, and after 3 days my skin star...ted to look more evenly toned and smooth. 10.01.2022 I didn’t fall off the face of the earth, but I did get pregnant! 27 weeks Thurs. I just couldn’t be bothered with Social Media. And I tried to quit photography but failed ha ha. As soon as I made the decision I got a heap of jobs pop up and they were commercial.. so I needed to run them through the business . Anyways, I’m getting fat but craving healthy fresh foods (this is weird for pregnancy), trying to stick with yoga but loosing interest. Missing other sports but ta...king a break. Haven’t taken a nice preg shot yet, can’t be bothered with that either! This is a location I found to use for a piece I was commissioned for. Still working on it but what a pretty day in the middle of winter! So far... haven’t found a different atmosphere for this shot so it may end up looking similar (minus road. With more details. It was so exciting to work with lovely people and beautiful pieces that are so dainty, pretty and detailed. Those following along with my story will know I got married in Salt Lake City in the snow, but I was supposed to have a wedding party back in Australia in February. 07.01.2022 Hi! I saw an idea today that a friend in the US had done and thought I’d put it out there. What if... I put together a little ‘Front Door’ package? Where I come to you, you have your family photos taken outside your front door, social distancing in place and all that, and you get a memory of this weird crazy time with your family? (Plus it’s a pretty easy way to get a family photo). Works for me as I can do them in 10-15mins so my kids will sit in the car and do school (luck...y them) while I am right near them. Probably around the $80 mark? Let me know your thoughts

05.01.2022 El bebe <3 Our sweet little boy arrived just over two weeks ago. He is the most delicious thing we have seen, and our favourite little boy in the universe. We cuddle him almost constantly.. he would sleep in his little bed but we will sit and cuddle him for his entire nap just because we can't let him go. His Papa is so in love an awe and the sweetest Daddy @moroneas . Our girls are so loving and attentive to his needs, even our little dog will sit guard by him on the rare oc...casions he is sleeping by himself. He is absolutely obsessed with his little hands... to the point it annoys him. I have to wrap him so tight so he cant escape. He is strong, growing well. Definitely a boobie man (oh no). Also.. just like my other kids, very hard to get a good newborn photograph of. Alison had arranged an amazing location @mount_ophir , had collaborated with a beautiful clothing designer from NZ (I’ll be back with this link!), beautiful healthy snacks for us and we scored an amazing sunny day. 03.01.2022 Today I had a photo shoot with @gooseandbug_ and it was AMAZING. Will share photos later, but as I drove up and saw Kate my mind went wow. She is my people. She had big blonde curly hair, an enormous smile and the most gorgeous earrings I’ve seen. Turns out she makes them and runs her business from home and gave me a pair . They are so beautiful please check out her page and follow her work, she has a 25% off sale on now also! Her husband gave me a huge piece of rainbow ...unicorn cake he had made for his daughters 1st birthday, and I also got hugs and kisses as I left. What a sweet sweet family, they were all happy the entire time. Other adventures today include lunch at Rustik Benalla (didn’t love it. Gotta be honest).
