Arriving on scene, crews were faced with a spreading grass fire in difficult terrain threatening buildings and surrounding farm land. Crews worked hard to extinguish the fire to stop any further spread.... A reminder that we are now in the Fire Danger Period!

Today we reflect on the devastation and challenges that followed 21 November and the incredible support from all emergency services who came together to aid the communities impacted by the unprecedented fire season.
